Bravado Maternity/Nursing Bra (M++ (band 36-40 cup DD/G), Blush) ReviewThis bra is not very supportive at all for larger sized women. I thought that since it came in the larger sizes that it was made for that, but that is really not the case. It could be used more like a sleep bra, I guess, but that is not what I was looking for. I also don't like that you have to pull it over your head to get it on and off, and it works like a sports bra, and squishes you together in the middle, creating one big lump across your chest.

Maidenform Womens Dream Front Close Lace T-Back Bralette ReviewI've always had the same trouble with bras: the straps would always slide down my shoulders. This was probably due to wearing the wrong size (my bra size fluctuated a lot during my teenage years), but also from my sloping shoulders and naturally off-kilter posture.
Needless to say, I finally got fed up with regular bras never fitting, so I switched to sports bra. They fit me well, but flattened my already somewhat small chest and gave me the unflattering "uniboob" look. After nearly four years of having no figure, I decided to try regular bras again. I got a fitting and discovered that my true size is a 32 C. The saleswoman that fitted me advised that I wear a racerback bra so I wouldn't have to deal with the slipping straps. Well, 32 C is already a rather uncommon bra size, and I couldn't find ANY racerbacks in a 32 C.
Recently, I discovered this bra at the store where I work. I decided to try it; I tried a small and a medium (the medium is said to fit a 34 B, my alternate size). To my pleasant surprise, the medium fit me perfectly! The bra itself feels comfortable-no digging straps. The bra is lightly padded, and gives a slight lift-no as much as a push-up, but enough to prevent a sagging or flattened look. The only part I was skeptical of is the plastic front-close clasp; it looked like it was cheaply-made. However, it's held up fine so far. Yes, I'm writing a review that's probably too long for a bra (and no, I'm NOT being paid to endorse this). This is the first bra EVER that has given me a nice figure and fit me well. I have no complaints whatsoever.
On my end note, yes, the sizing is weird. Try on a couple different sizes to see which one will fit you best. I thought a small would be my fit, and it was too small. Anita Maternity Women's Underwire Nursing Bra #5041 ReviewI'm currently nursing my third child. So, by this point, I've been breastfeeding for over six years. I need a rather hard-to-fit size (normal rib/band but very large cups) and had nearly given up on ever finding something that fit AND provided the support I wanted... The idea that I might also find a bra that gave great shape seemed an impossible dream.
But this bra delivers!
It provides enough support that I actually wear it to the gym and while taking the kids out in the jogging stroller.
It's so comfortable that I actually wear it all day and forget that I'm wearing underwire.
My breasts actually look great in it. My clothes hang properly and I feel much prettier.
And speaking of pretty - this is the prettiest nursing bra I've ever worn. I've bought other high end pretty nursing bras (Ly Mystere's Florence, for one), but this is better designed and better made. Even the hooks on the back and the cup clips are just a cut above any others I've used. The straps are wide enough to be comfortable, but don't have that industrial foundation garment look that wider straps often assume. I can actually wear this with my tank tops and V and scoop neck shirts.
As if all that wasn't enough, the actual nursing functionality is fabulous. The clips are easy to operate with one hand and the cups drop easily so you don't have to fumble or adjust to get the bra out of the way before baby latches on (those of you who try some of the Goddess and Medela super-support styles know what I mean!). The ribbon loop "handles" and the bead to keep track of which side you last nursed on are details that I don't need, but I probably would have appreciated those features when I was trying to figure out the nursing relationship with my first child.
Yes, this bra is pricier than many others out there, but it's worth every penny. Buy this one first instead of wasting your money experimenting with cheaper ones. You'll save in the long run and feel better about how you look. I don't have a lot of extra money lying around (I have three kids after all!), but I just signed on to Amazon to buy two more of these bras so I thought I'd take the time to review it for all you nursing mamas out there who are agonizing over finding the right bra.
One last bit of advice - If in doubt on the band size, I'd suggest going smaller on this bra. I usually wear a 36, but have been known to buy a 38, especially near the end of a pregnancy. The 36 in this bra fit just fine, but if I lose any more weight (and I will - my baby is only two months old) it might be too big. I already have it on the tightest set of hooks. Bravado Designs Bodysilk Seamless Nursing Bra - Ivory - Size Medium ReviewI am large busted with a small band size and when I got pregnant these were the only bras that fit. I bought one size early on in my pregnancy and towards the end I bought the next size up to wear while breastfeeding. They are so comfortable and really do remain comfortable when you size changes due to milk supply fluctuations. The removable molded cups are a bit of a pain as they always come out in the wash and have to be repositioned/reinserted, but they do provide a nice smooth shape. Most of the time I just leave them out though since most of my nursing tops are multi-layered and my nursing pads can't be seen anyway. The only issue I have is that the corners on the strap are very high and show under several of my cute shirts (especially my tanks) that didn't have this problem with other bras. I wish the cup could be a little shorter so that this bra would work with more shirts. I do have a couple of other bras that fit and work better under certain shirts, but they aren't nearly as comfortable. Cosabella Women's Ever Soft Bra ReviewNo question about it! These are the best bras ever. I have lost interest in underwire as they pry and push into tender areas and I cannot wait to get them off. However Cosabella has made an adorable AND sexy bra that is so comfortable, I feel adorable, sexy AND comfortable in it! I want to get more colors! I highly recommend! I don't know how well they serve fuller chested women, but for small to medium, they are perfect. Soft, so there is not a lot of structure or any extra boosting. The support is adequate for me as I prefer unpadded...unsquashed... etc. However I am keen on comfort AND aesthetic and this bra meets both of those requirements.Cosabella Women's Ever Soft Bra OverviewThis collection is designed from an ultra soft cotton blend.

Bravado Body Silk Seamless Nursing Soft Cup Bra ReviewWhen I bought this bra online I was a little worried about the fit. I ordered a M for size 36D. Right now that bra fits perfect and I love it. It's very comfortable, supportive and it seems to be made of good quality. Right now I'm only nursing a toddler but my baby will be born in the next two weeks and my milk production will be increasing by a lot. I have rib band set on the last hook (biggest size )and I am afraid that it might not fit as good after baby comes (but I will be loosing weight, so hopefully it will fit even better). The only problem I have is that after wearing it all day, the rib band left red marks on my skin. However I didn't feel any discomfort at all. Overall it's a great bra and I glad that I bought it.

I wear a 36C and this sixe has the wider back closure and slightly wider straps that give more support. They adjust nicely. Although I need a little extra in the back, I just add a soft extension and it fits perfectly. Without an underwire, there are no pressure points. You can adjust tighter for more uplift and looser for when you are hanging around the house. I like the Soft taupe color as it does not show under lightweight blouses and summer clothes. It blends in with your skin.
